من خلال كورس PHRI Preparation سنناقش تطبيق تقنيات تخطيط القوى العاملة، كما سنتمكن من التفريق بين الأدوار الرئيسية للموارد البشرية وبين أساسيات تنظيم الموارد البشرية، حتى نصل إلى إدارة التوظيف بكفاءة باستخدام مصادر ومقاييس التوظيف المناسبة.
